We have a problem! Every day, people are bombarded with information. Because they are being bombarded, they only listen to people (and brands) that communicate simply and clearly.
If your customers don’t understand exactly what you offer, they will go to your competitors, or word about your amazing business won’t spread the way you want and your business won’t grow.
The good news is there’s a solution!
In a one-hour hands-on workshop I will first introduce us to the 7-part StoryBrand framework that uses storytelling to clarify your message, then focus our attention on Part One of the framework - clarifying who the main character is in your story. (Hint: It’s not you – it’s your customer!)
At the end of this one-hour workshop you will walk away with:
1. The aspirational identity of your customer
2. An understanding of what your customer actually wants
3. The ability to articulate what you offer in a succinct way
When you can clearly describe who your customer is and what you offer, more of your customers will engage with your brand.
